Here’s how to add, edit, and manage the users who have access to your Analytics account.
HOW TO ADD USERS TO YOUR GOOGLE ANALYTICS ACCOUNT
THE FIRST STEP TO ADDING A NEW USER TO YOUR ACCOUNT IS TO SIGN IN TO GOOGLE ANALYTICS here: https://analytics.google.com/
ONCE LOGGED IN, CLICK THE ADMIN GEAR ICON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
NAVIGATE TO THE DESIRED ACCOUNT OR PROPERTY:
ONCE THE CORRECT ACCOUNT IS SELECTED, CLICK THE “ACCOUNT ACCESS MANAGEMENT” LINK .
IN THE ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS LIST, CLICK THE “+” ICON, THEN CLICK ADD USERS.
ENTER THE seo@brightonseoguru.co.uk EMAIL ADDRESS, SELECT “NOTIFY NEW USERS BY EMAIL” TO SEND A MESSAGE TO US AND SET THE PERMISSIONS TO “ADMINISTRATOR”
HOW TO EDIT USERS IN YOUR GOOGLE ANALYTICS ACCOUNT
To edit a user’s permission in your account, Sign into Google Analytics here and follow the steps 1-4 above.
After clicking the “Account Access Management” link, select the user you need to update by clicking on it.
You will be taken to this screen where you can add or remove permissions.
CLICK SAVE (TOP-RIGHT BUTTON).
